Check my integration between quizmaker, zapier and mailchimp

1. I have a quiz which is advertised via facebook 2. When someone completes the quiz they have to enter their name and email address to see the results. 3. Zapier then passes the email as a non double optin to my mailchimp list. I am not seeing the emails added from zapier to my mailchimp list. I need you to verify all the steps are setup correctly and most importantly i don't want double optin enabled anywhere. Kind Regards Kevin
