UPDATE: We need it done ASAP.

Dear, Freelancers,

We are having an issue with one of our couriers (Speedy) module. I think it is a simple task if you know what to do. So the problem is the following:

We have 2 shipping methods but Speedy's form is visible even if it is not checked as shipping method from the customer. I would like to hide the form when the checkbox is not selected and show it when the checkbox is selected. Simple as that.
