We are running Magento 1.9.3 We have a cookie issue in chrome where you are unable to login to admin or front end without firstly clearing you cookies/cache. If you login as customer, then log back out you then can't login again. We need an expert who knows about cookies (possibly related to SSL) and how to permanently fix this issue. Clearing all cookies for customers of course isn't an option. Warning we have tried all small things on stack exchange and it doesn't appear to fix the issue.
