Magento 2 checkout page changes and fixes

I am ready to start work on below point :- 1. Link from mini cart is not working properly and needs to be fixed. Exception #0 (Magento\Framework\Exception\StateException): Shipping address not set. 2. Fix "Allowed methods" in DHL default module. Now all methods are displayed at cart and checkout, but we only want the methods that we have specified in admin to be displayed. 3. Checkout to have a design as another website *link will be provided in pm, so that you can have a look 4. Braintree to work properly. Now its fields are not displayed correctly.
