Fix Two Magento 2 Issues - Bulk Action and Export Data

I have two Magento 2 issues. The first is that bulk action jobs (like update attributes) are created and added to the queue, but do not complete. The second issue is that product export jobs also add to queue but do not complete. All server side possibilities for errors have been checked and issues could be Magento bugs. Looking to resolve issues quickly.
