Logo and Brand Identity

We're looking to create a new logo (the current one is attached, not even a logo because is just a simple font) to represent our Salsa Dance classes and club in Ireland.
Together with the logo we're also looking to a proper re-branding (logo and cover for social media accounts, example of how logo would look placed on a banner, t-shirts, merchandise with mugs, lanyards etc..)
The name of the company is Strictly Salsa and that's what needs to be displayed on the logo (maybe allow option for a tagline), ideally we'd like to include one or more salsa instruments in the form of illustration either blended with the letters or completely separate from the writing itself.
When applying for the project please send relevant examples of work as well as some ideas of how you would update the current logo.
Also please send full quote with budget, rounds of designs etc..
