Design me a business logo

I want someone to design a logo for my new business, I am a builder looking to set up my own company. I mainly do carpentry and roofing but take on other building work. J D Contractors Property and maintenance services is the business name I want to use. The pictures attached are logo designs I like and want one designing similar too. The first picture is my favourite , I like the man working on the roof in the logo, I think it shows I work on roofs with out stating, I would like something like this put into design, I would just like house more detailed if possible . The second picture is the way I would like the writing done black on top line red on bottom, I am willing to see in different fonts. The third picture I like the way hammer is used as added detail, a touch similar to this would be good I also prefer the detail to this house than the first . The final picture is just to show willing to see different ideas on way house is designed. I want the logo to read as J D Contractors with property and maintenance services written underneath.
