We need a nice new corporate logo developed. We have high expectations.
Please find attached an image that will help this process.
We have a logo that is currently used and we like the concept (with the bike rider sitting over the top of the CYC). However this logo is 20 years old and looks it. We want to rework this logo, (still keeping the man over the top) but also add a new element to the logo that would go beside it. We have put a few idea sketches with the attached image. We need a circular style part of the logo so we can add it to the head tube (the very front tube of a bicycle). So it is a seperate branding element.
Here is an example of what I mean and the style of logo we are looking to.

See how it has the words, but the seperate image to the left of the text. They seperate this and put it on clothing etc as another branding element. In a similar way that nike uses the swoosh.
We want to do a similar thing with this new logo. So the logo would be: (New Logo Element) + (Old Logo Concept Reworked).
Either of these could be used seperately or together.
You will notice on the image we have the logo elements that are centered around the number 5. This is because our building is on a big intersection in Australia called the 5-ways. It doesn't have to have the number 5 in there, but the 5 points/ parts are an idea we had.
We would like to see at least 5 variations. Feel free to experiement a bit as well.
This logo will also be going on the side of our building, so it would need to work in that way as well (so no shadows etc).
Feel free to do some mock up sketches to help obtain the job. Please provide logo examples you have completed.
