Upload photos to website via cell phone

We have a micro-blogging website and we want users to have the abiltity to upload photos along with their text messages via cell phone email. - User sends text with photo attached from cell phone email application to our website - Text goes to the user's message area of our website (it does this now) - Attached photo is resized (if neccesary) and displayed in same user message area above the text. If you have another solution let us know. Please respond only if you know how to complete this task. Thank you.
