This project is trying to make a comparison of performance evaluation on SVC File Format by using different multipath TCP variants which are TCP New Reno and TCP Vegas over 4G network. After using NS3 (simulator tools), performance evaluation can be done to reach a better performance of video traffic stream by using multipath TCP in terms of throughput, packet loss, average delay and jitter.
