Setup Desktop On Debian Server

I have a debian 8 server that I need to have the desktop setup on so that I can Remote Desktop from my Windows 10 to the Debian 8 Server. I use MobaXterm to RDP into it, so please set it up for this not X2go or other. I need to login as root. I have attempted to set this up already and I have the desktop installed, I'm just not able to remote into it.
