we need to have an auto-recovery auto-scaling system on google cloud with files stored on a shared file system ..... will be running php 7 and needs to have a maria DB with a read replica. additional files need to be stored on a shared file system so we can auto-scale and auto recover. Also needs to handle sessions across the multiple servers
