We are looking for someone experienced with JIRA who can help setup our JIRA Service desk correctly.
We have the basics setup, however we can not seem to get the following working.
1. Create a ticket from customers that do not yet exist in JIRA
2. Create a ticket from emails that CC in support
3. ADD those who are CC into a support request as watchers.
