ESP32 Arduino AWS IoT Setup instructions

I would like the setup instructions and example code for the following project, this is manly to help me understand how to establish and build up an AWS project using an ESP32.
1. Full setup of setup instructions for AWS IoT i.e. walk-through, screen shots etc
2. ESP32 Ardunio code to communication with the AWS IoT cloud
3. Use one analogue input and one digital input from the ESP32 sending data to the AWS IoT cloud and presented in the AWS IoT Dashboard
