Deploy Dynamic Persistent Volume on K8s on my bare metal local cluster

I have a K8 cluster with three machines (master, worker1, worker2) each server was partitioned with one full volume ranging from 2tb to 3.3tb on each server.

We need to deploy PV dynamically, but our attempts got stuck on the PV creation, need someone that has experience on this, and can get it done fast.

We look to use the existing disk on each node, but we can also look at using a NFS share from a windows separate machine.

We will execute all commands on Ubuntu 18.04 and provide results right away, but will not grant access to the servers directly.

We can grant access to k8 cluster if required thru kubeconfig file.

K8s version 1.16, Ubuntu 18.04, docker 18.09.7.

PS: We have tried to use rook/ceph and it got stuck not creating the PV. However it seems that the volume was create, so we may need help to delete/clean up this.
