We have a heating valve that works with a bluetooth protocol. Attached a picture of the valve. The project is to - set a target-temperature via bluetooth for the valve - read out the battery status from the valve via bluetooth You have to write some code that is executed on a raspberry pi. There valve shall be controlled via an easy browser interface that looks like the one in the example attached. There are a bunch of USB-Bluetooth sticks available on the market. The project includes to search for a suitable stick, buy the stick (we will pay for it in advance) and get it to work on a raspberry pi.

hi, i am an electrical engineering student who is good at coding in python and have done many rojects with raspberry pi. This can be done using a bluetooth dongle connected to raspi and with python we can connect it to the sensor and then create a server on raspberry pi with wifi module connected. then whenever a client is connected through ip address we can send https request from client to set the temperature and create a site like given in the image. finally i can help you to set your raspi to work via remote ssh with weaved. if given the task to me i will finish it and submit to you before deadline.
