script details : bash script that work in loop 1 every loop load one line from file (url) if file is ended. stop script 2 add one line from another file (proxy) if file is ended. to beginning file 3 check top for cpu and free for mem (or something). if cpy > variable (cpu_lim) or mem > variable (mem_lim): wait 4 calc copyes some_app count in mem if count > variable (max_count): wait 5 start some_app in ANOTHER thread (script not blocked) with url and proxy we can pay when script work!
