I need someone who has the tools to study and reports on all links from my main 5 competitors, including the linking page PR, the domain PR and number of links linking page.

He then will try and place a link to my website on the same pages with chosen anchor text.

Please confirm what tool you can use and if you have experience in doing that kind of report.

It can be forums, directories, blogs etc...... automatic submissions are ok but links must be online at least 2/3 months,
