Hi, Hope you find this message at good health. I have randomly read your contract and noted below points. 1. There is no termination for convenience. 2. The termination right is only with Mother Agency and that too it is conditional (only if you breach the contract). 3. Nothing is mentioned in Force Majeure clause (Point 2 of Termination clause) which says that either party can terminate the contract in force majeure situation. I have the termination letter template ready with me. Please let me know if there is any breach committed by Mother Agency or there is any other reason for terminating the contract.
