Exit Agreement

I am terminating one of my co-founders because of his poor work, I want him to sign an agreement that will restrict him from:

1) Disclosing his relationship with my company

2) bad naming my company on social media or to anyone

3) Sharing confidential information of my software to anyone

4) Disclosing his roles and responsibilities he had while he was in the company on social media or to anyone

5) We had a provisional patent done, he was one of the applicants among us, so I want him to sign his IP Transfer right too my company so that I can remove him from this applicant list

6) I have paid him INR 14k for his investments as well as evaluating his time, he agreed, therefore, I don't want him to sue us in future for anything or ask any more money

7) Since we have paid him and gave reason for his termination, if in any future if there is any requirement for his signature for anything that he had responsibility or something he should also sign that document for example - provisional patent applicant removal letter etc

8) He should not use the title and position given to him during his tenure in my company in a resume or while applying for jobs.

9) He should not take credit for any developments my company has done or will do in future.

10) He should not do anything that can create any potential damage to my company name or work.

I WANT THIS KEY POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED WHILE CREATING THE DOCUMENT, AS WELL AS I WANT THIS DOCUMENT WITHING 3-4 HOURS
