Legal: Review of a civil plaint.

It is a recovery suit against an employer in which services of plaintiff were wrongly terminated on the basis of a hurriedly drafted show cause notice and without giving the plaintiff due opportunity of being heard. The plaintiff faced serious financial hardships and could get a comparable job only after 28-months. During this period the plaintiff earned some money money through self-employment. Citing a number of cases, we are contemplating a suit in which in addition to arrears of salary we are claiming a major amount as differential earnings (the amount the plaintiff would have earned had the wrongful termination not being there - the amount the plaintiff could actually earn through self-employment). Looking for a review of the plaint with a view to refine it.
