1. In this project, you will Develop a Sage ACT! Premium 2012 layout with associated fields and forms that automatically populate. 2. Create a list of fields based on each field contained in the USCIS immigration forms. 3. Load fields into the ACT! database. 4. Design ACT! layout that will be used for every immigration law client. The layout must be user-friendly, and intuitive. There should not be a need for much training of new employees. 5. Design ACT! data templates based on USCIS forms and the most common immigration law correspondence, such as: a. Attorney-Client Fee Agreements specific to each service involved with USCIS forms. b. USCIS forms ready to be populated with ACT! data. c. Typical legal correspondence, i.e. proofs of service, subpoenas, etc. d. Immigration client intake 6. Deploy an ACT! database complete with templates for use in the field of immigration law. 7. Consider ways to improve upon this formula.
