Business Development Associate/Executive

I'm looking for a Business Development Associate who has extensive knowledge in IT field (Especially in Web Designing and Development). He or She should bring us converting leads for one of the service (Web Designing and Development) we render. The lead can be from anywhere around the world. If the person is just awesome you will have a job in our firm and can work remotely with a good pay. Kindly please make sure that you have the capabilities to take this up and have experience in getting web designing and development projects. I will pay $10 for per lead. If you can bring me big deals i'm flexible with the pay and i will pay more for per deals. I will discuss more on what is the minimum costing of the service and other things over a chat.
