Design to LaTeX Template - 1 Site - DINA4 - Recipes

We are looking for someone who can create a LaTeX file based on a design. The design will be ready on Wednesday and can than be viewed. What we can tell you now is that it es rather simple. It shows a 3x3 Block Matrix on a DIN-A4 for food recipes (single page - one side). The block in the top left corner lists up all ingredients. The rest of the blocks show a single step of the recipes. Basically a picture with a text. (Pleas try to avoid to many imports on the LaTeX code.) We need it in LaTeX to later generate PDFs file based on our food recipes database.
