Oracle Portal - Create UI Navigation Templates

I am looking for someone proficient in Oracle portal that can implement / create new Dynamic Navigation templates for a Portal Site. We are changing the look and feel of our portal and our existing site template needs updating. We are looking to create a top Navigation Similar to [login to view URL] and a side navigation similar to [login to view URL] --------------------------------------------------------- Obviously we can edit the existing menus to our liking however, We need a developer for the following: To tie these menu's into the Navigation Structure of the Portal. You'll need to understand how to create the UI templates as Portlets so that they can be used throughout the site. We also need you to understand the dynamic way that Oracle Portal Creates its Hierarchy. - This will be built directly into the templates. If you feel as if you can create an Oracle Portal Site from Scratch, please drop me a note with some examples of stuff you've created. The version of portal is 10.1.4 - PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU HAVE NOT WORKED IN THE PORTAL ENVIRONMENT.
