Clone site into Joomla 1.5

I have a site that I want to clone into Joomla 1.5. The site can be found at www.otralaft.no. The template used is a simple 3-column layout (2-column on the front-page) with a basic header and footer.
What I will do:
- Install Joomla 1.5 on server and configure it.
- Install and configure the template in its most basic form (including proper header and footer)
What I want you to do:
- Move all the contents from [url removed, login to view] into the Joomla installation (I will give you credentials to my server)
- Set up the necessary extensions for the proper display of images and text.
Furthermore, it is OK that the new site differs somewhat compared to the old site. For instance it would be OK that when you click an image, it displays as a shadowbox instead of being inserted into the article (like it is now). It is also ok that things are a little different in other respects as well, but I appreciate that any issues are communicated with me upfront.
I will give you all necessary credentials to the new site, so that you are able to do what I want you to do. You may also install a backend language in your native language, so that you may work even more efficiently, if you wish.
I expect that you:
-Communicate any issues beforehand (don't make asssumptions)
-Are not an 18-year old, with limited Joomla experience looking for an easy way to make money.
-Only use functionality already built into Joomla or the extensions you wish to use. No custom programming.
If I have been unclear about anything in this text, please contact me (PM), and I'll do everything I can to clear it out. Further instructions will be given to whoever I hire. These are, however, mere technicalities that does not change the scope of the project. I consider this a small project, and I expect that your bid reflects this.
