I am currently using TokBox to utilise their API to record a small stream of video (12 seconds) which is then converted to MP4 for processing which activates the limited functionality of WebRTC on iOS 11. I dont want to use their API anymore because its slow so I want to make my own. I am looking for someone who can make this asap so I can host it on my own server. ALSO (important) - I need MAX quality as I need to be able to see text and diagnose clear images (i.e to see skin imperfections).
