Video on homepage cleanup - site too slow / Embed / youtube

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY and follow my instructions or I will DELETE your bid. This needs to be done NOW and completed within next few hours. I have a client who gave me a 30-second video in MP4 format. Originally we used REV SLIDER and put the video there. F score on GT METRIX is unacceptable, site takes too long to load. Then client uploaded to a software called IPLAYER HD, with plugin and we got the video pulling from there, but unfortunately the score is NOT any better its now an "E" and we also lost the text and button that was on it through REV slider. Youtube? Vimeo? I cannot seem to get this to work, and i MUST HAVE the text and button over the video, and a good GT METRIX score. I have seen many sites that pass both scores. 1)I want to hear how you will accomplish this in your bid 2)I want to see sample sites with VIDEO on home page that you have done. 3)This mus be done RIGHT NOW. For privacy of client I cannot share the web site here so PM me for details. If you respond with general copy and past email I will not select you.
