we can go in two simple ways 1 compiling to an exe file or using a shortcut. there are other ways but these ones are the simpliest.

There is no option to run a powershell script by double clicking on it. You can right click and select "run with powershell" Another option is to create a batch file that calls the script and runs it for you then you can double click the batch file. I can help you set that up.

Lets use a bat file for this, easy solution to exec your ps1.
