Hello There, I see you want someone to optimize our popup and email subscriptions. In this case, you didn't mention your website, is it a WordPress website? please let me know more about your site. There are some best pop-up tools, but I personally like Master pop up. If you use your own email marketing application like mailwizz then I suggest you go for "Master pop up". This also works perfectly on MailChimp, Aweber, Klaviyo and lots of other email marketing applications. I can do it perfectly and increase your audience list. Let's discuss over chat.
