jQuery Widget for Content Provisionment on 3rd party websites.

We provide content through REST services. Many of our clients want to display that content in their websites/apps. Content requires certain input from end user based on the type of content being requested. We need help to build a JS plugin that partner websites can simply invoke and that runs a widget that consumes our APIS. The Widget/plugin needs to work for both Wordpress and standard websites. Regardless of the technology stack for the front-end (as long as browser support responsive/JS scripts). General flow for widget is: 1) Button triggers app (using custom settings from config file) 2) User is prompted for specific input needed to generate report 3) App interacts with backend via our rest API 4) report is delivered via the opened window/modal asynch.
