Fix issue Jade template and Semantic UI with Socket.io

I need help with Fixing a UI issue. I have a socket and Nodejs app that uses Semantic UI and Jade template engine for front end. Semantic UI has a sidebar component that I am using to load user comments. The comments are dynamic and the sidebar remains static. Due to the static sidebar, the comments are not shown based on selected page. Whatever comments are loaded in the sidebar first remain for every other page where sidebar is opened. Sidebar component - [login to view URL] The comments work fine on any other page except when they're not loaded in a sidebar or toggle div component. Need this issue fixed in the next one hour.
