Drawing Element Plugin for Bubble.is

I need someone to code a plugin for [login to view URL] in Javascript that is similar to a greatly simplified version of AutoCAD. The plugin should have a drawing canvas and tools to create lines and place rectangles of varying sizes at various locations in the canvas. A [login to view URL] developer should be able to add the drawing canvas and tools to an app page on the Bubble developer platform. Users of the [login to view URL] developers app should be able to make drawings with the plugin, associate these these drawing files with their user names and publish them for other app users to see. This other type of app user should be able to click the rectangles in the drawings to toggle them between colors. All app users should be able to see the colors of the rectangles and they should update for all users to see in real time as users click them. Once one app user changes the color of the rectangle, other users cannot change it back until certain conditions are met. In addition location services identifying users who clicked the rectangles, affect the two colors of the rectangles.
