We are looking for a team capable of building a web app for handling an international foundation that accepts donations using electronic payment and transfers, and uses the money obtained in that route to buy medicine and distribute it in Latin America. The project must integrate with our existing solution, 20/20, of which it'll use the inventory module and the licensing module. 20/20 is built using Django + MongoDB + Bootstrap on a AdminLTE custom template.
The specifics required to be developed in the project are the following:
- Patients will be able to:
-- create their user accounts to ask for donations;
-- create a social profile, HTML document in which they can include text, pictures and videos hosted in other platforms (i.e. YouTube, Photobucket);
-- upload pictures of a medical report and a prescription, asking for their medical profile to be filled;
-- identify in which of the pharmacies available in the network they'd like their prescriptions to arrive;
-- receive an SMS text and/or an e-mail when their prescriptions are received in the selected pharmacy;
-- confirm they've gotten the medication, and send a thank you note to donors.
- Physicians will be able to:
-- fill a patient's medical profile, filling their (1) personal records, (2) diagnosis, (3) treatment, (4) plan and (5) evolutions;
-- upload the prescription chart required by the patient, using the product listing handled by the inventory module. This upload determines a patient's treament cost.
- Donors will be able to:
-- create their user accounts to donate money, store their administrative information and check the record of past donations;
-- search for specific patients on the database;
-- filter existing patients using the following criteria: (1) age range, (2) geographic location, (3) diagnosis, (4) treatment cost and (5) amount donated to the treatment;
-- select a patient, in order to check their social and medical profile;
-- pay for a patient's medical treatment on a specific timeframe (monthly, quarterly, annual);
-- pay to increase a patient's current treatment funds;
-- pay to support the foundation's operation;
-- pay to support all patients appearing in a specific filter by-product, as shown in previous requirements;
- International credit or debit cards using a Stripe integration, and international transfers will be accepted. Credit or debit will be immediately visible on a patient's account, and transfers must be verified by the administrative personnel to become effective. On effective payments donors will receive an SMS and/or an e-mail confirming and thanking payment.
- The system administrator will be able to:
-- create accounts for administrative users, able to manage aspects of the administrative operation;
-- determine a percentage of donations that will remain in treasury to cover for the foundation's operational costs.
- Administrative users will be able to:
-- check which prescriptions are currently needed by patients who have received enough donations to cover treatment;
-- check if the amount of prescriptions is enough to order a purchasing unit (i.e. Box, dozen, 100-pack) from suppliers;
-- once the order is placed, see how the prescription need from patients was affected;
-- once the order is received, transfer what was received to one of their storage facilities, identifying the cargo with the guide number(s) provided by the courier;
-- once the transfer is received, check which prescriptions belong to which patients, prioritizing older patient requirements or FIFO system;
-- create prescription packages per each patient and identify them with printed QR codes and the distribution chain they will use;
-- list all prescriptions according to the used distribution chain;
-- egress prescription packages from inventory when they're given to the distribution chain;
- Distribution chain users will be able to go online a confirm a prescription was retrieved by a patient.
