Developer needed for creating a responsive HTML and JavaScript WebSite

Need a developer to create a website that can be wrapped up with Phonegap to go in the Apple and Google Play App Stores. The Phonegap wrapping is not part of this job but the site has to be designed so it is able to be wrapped in the future. The site needs to have the same look and feel as Airbnb with similar functionality. The site's purpose is to rent one or more rooms in a one or more buildings. So there needs to be a host section for creating the posts of rooms to be rented, an end-user section for booking a rental and an administration section for managing hosts. The site needs to accept payment from renters via PayPal or a Credit Card as well as have support an admin paying out a host that is renting the rooms. Users need to be able to sign up with their Google or Facebook account or with an email address and password. General Functionality: Users sign up on the website as a host Admin verifies the new user and activates the account Hosts posts one or more rooms in one or more locations along with the cost of the room and the dates and times it is available Users sign up on the website to rent a room Users login and search for a room via date, location, other criteria, etc... Users select a room and pay for it Users and hosts get sms and/or email reminders about bookings Users have the ability to rate and review the room after their stay Admin pays out host via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or other Users can cancel or change a booking The site can be built from scratch or an open source project and/or a JavaScript framework can be used. I am open to options here but in the end it needs to look and function similar to the Airbnb site. Also include what you would be using for integrating with payment systems, authentication and sms notifications.
