I am looking for a software developer who can develop the front end and the back end of a website which will be a database lookup system ie the user will enter a certain Identification Number and the website will return a few datapoints associated with that number. The system will receive the ID number from the user and will call a certain a certain phone number which is an automated information hotline. The system needs to navigate the IVR and record certain information (names, dates, locations etc.). You can suggest/use third party applications for the transcription of the call.
