Converting C# legacy client-server code to NojeJS

need help to convert some Cryptography code

Code use DES and RSA algorithms

Need to make sure interoperability between legacy C# client and new NodeJS server implementation, so old client will be able to talk with the new NodeJS code without changing the client code or public key
