Compile typescript to JavaScript correctly from two folders

I need my website re-configured. The website is complete, I need the build command to compile the typescript correct. I have the angular project in the ./src folder and a proxy server running express in a sibling directory ./server . Currently when running `yarn build` the src file compiles correctly. I require the server folder to convert from TS to JavaScript as well. The frontend runs on port 3000, the proxy server runs on port 3001. The project runs in development mode however the build does not build the server with the angular front end. ** note funds will be released on successful completion of the project. The project is to have build command work correctly to compile the typescript for the proxy express server on port 3001 to run the angular frontend on port 3000.
