I need a programme made which can insert tags in a txt file. The tags correspond to specific categories which can be imported into a database. So I want a software that allows me to insert tags of various categories and then which imports the txt and inserts it into the corresponding category.

Hello! I have already developed such an application. The only difference with that application is that application sends the tags in text file to an email provided by the user. So i will have to change a very bit of code to accomplish what you want. I can also give you an overview of that app after that we can decide!
