Create a web form. with 3 labels and 3 textbox as below and with 3 buttton:

3. Tiny Mce data: tiny mce rich text box control.(Download TinyMCE Community 4.6.4 from [login to view URL] and put that folder in your project to include rich text box in form)

Store all 3 textbox data in sql database. For sql database create a sample database with fieldname personId,firstname,lastname,tinymce. use data type varchar(Max) for all except int for personId.
Now fetch all 3 textbox data from web form and insert into database. and user will update the same [login to view URL] in database there will be only 1 row.
If you run your c# project, if you click on load button all 3 text box data should be placed at their proper page from sql [login to view URL] if you edit the same data in textbox and click on update, same data should update in the sql database.
There should me one more button on webform called report viewer. If user click on report viewer. All 3 text box data should be displayed in report viewer either in table format or in text box. (Rich tiny mce data should display same as user edit the data).
