We are looking for someone to build a small web app using Azure WebApp Service, preferably with Python, but .Net, PHP or Javascript may be an option as well. The web app may make use of Azure Functions (in Python) where appropriate. The web app will consist primarily of a single web page which will allow a user to manage a small amount of data in SQL Server and in a REST API. Specific tasks the UI will need to support include: - authenticate users via Microsoft account - obtain configuration information (database connection information, for example) from a JSON file on Azure Blob Storage - display a list of records from SQL - allow the user to select one or more of the records - allow the user to supply new values for some of the columns (some from a list of known values & some free text entry) - write new values to SQL Server (individually or in bulk) - write new values via REST API (one record at a time) - allow the user to associate records with one or more entries in a 2nd table, or to remove an association - write association to SQL Server (or remove existing)
