Usamos Adobe Animate CC2017 Necesitamos animadores, o diseñadores, con criterio para ubicar objetos en tamaños determinados, referenciarlos debidamente, animar siguiendo pautas concretas de optimizacion, numeros de frame, etc... Saber maquetar html/css suma, saber php/laravel/symfony tambien. Aunq más nos interesa animación y diseño
