Magento Template from PSD

Hi, we're searching for an expirienced developer who creates a magento template from a psd Design-files. Also some implementations of best-sellers and top products on homepage must be made. Especialy the following Pages should be created: - Homapage - Category / Subcategory Page - Product Page For all other Pages there should be css changes only, based on the standard magento theme. I will atach png files created from the psd files as examples. On Homepage there will be an layered navigation, a little changed layered Navigation on all subpages - see screenshots. Also there will be a "third" layered navigation on top, onmouse over effekt over the product, links and some images. Important is Performance (CSS Sprites, JS, CSS), Clean Code, Compatibility.
