2 HTMLs page pulling client data from database

I need a html page that pulls client information from a database - preferably using javascript (and accessdb interface) and a microsoft access database. If that is not possible, using javascript, php and access/mysql.

The html page is populated with tabs corresponding to each client on the database, clicking on a tab expands it displaying client details and a history a research reports sent to the client.

An important feature is the ability to indicate when a client has been sent a piece of research. I need to be able to record when a report has been sent and choose the directory on the C drive where the report is located as well as storing the date. When a report is sent, the current date is store and the clients tab changes back to green. Each day the tab changes colour from green to yellow to red over a period of 14 day. This way I know when I need to send a new report to a client.

The page needs other feature like adding new clients, edition client details and adding clients to industry contact lists.

A second page has industry tabs corresponding to the industry contact lists that clients are signed up to. Here I can indicate when I have sent a report out to a group of clients. Doing this turns their tabs back to green and stores the report under the industry tab and all the individual client tabs as well. I also need to be able to add industry researchers (people who regularly create industry reports) to each industry tab and a summary of the reports they regularly create.

The data base has the client name, email, description, industry lists, list of reports sent to them

It has the industry names, the analysts and the reports sent to a group of clients.

Finally I need to be able to generate separate excel sheets for each industry which have the names of the clients signed up to and industry and their email i.e two columns with a separate file for each industry.
