Intranet website with Document Management IN C#

Hi, This is an Intranet website for Knowledge sharing. I need following features: 1. User management - Add, Edit, Delete, Temp lock Users. Manage user rights (read / write access for various sections) Usage statistics for every user 2. Document management module: Add / edit documents in a tree-view control. Create a document using WYSIWYG editor. Read / write access control for each section for each user and user group. Work flow for adding new documents – A new document posted gets routed through the experts / admin and on approval from them would be available for viewing for all the users. Ability to add any file. Calculators / converters: Java script converters – Implement with readymade code (10 Nos) Calculators – Available in MS Excel to be coded (10 Nos) I will prefer coding in C# ASP 2.0 The developer should have his server for demo and testing.
