Write special Delphi components for our framework

We develop a framework to allow Delphi users to write web-applications. While we focus on the framework we need a developer familiar with Delphi. You have to know how JQuery and PlugIns work to develop components that strongly use html, javascript and jquery.
Samples will be provided. There are a lot of such components to be written and we prefer a long term relationship.
