Google Hangout App / Website

Looking for a dev to make a google hangout app and and a simple website to go with it. The app will use the google hangout/plus video chatroom feature. The app is fairly simple ..the app will just display text I specify for the users in the room to see. The text in the app will be pulled from a database on website. The text will change after certain amount of time. Users will also be able to specify what text is shown at certain times. You will need to make a website where users can join the app from the website. On website you will need list of what conversations are going on and stats on the room. This is a fun project. Looking for a great collaborator!
