Will provide .PSD and .JPG mock-ups of home and secondary pages. There are a total of (11) secondary pages with the same layout and design, see sitemap.

The site needs to be build with CSS (table-less), validated on [url removed, login to view] and work on IE6+ and FireFox. Styles must be used to define paragraphs, headers, body, footer, etc.

Menu bar should be images with pop-down menu bars.

Will provide all Flash elements.
