Need a professional coder to use a publicly available driver such as OpenVPN Tap Driver to write a VPN client in C# that supports Shadowsocks protocol. An example of such program would be SSTAP.
We want to make a PC game ping accelerator for the Chinese market therefore the program must use a protocol like Shadowsocks that can go through great firewall, and must also be able to support both TCP and UDP tunneling.
Another feature we need is to be able to specify a list of IPs/Domains to be tunneled without affecting other connection.
Note. It doesnt have to be Shadowsocks/OpenVPN Driver combination, as long as it meets the requirement above.
