I am quite familiar with Struts 1 framework which is older to Struts 2 framework. I have implemented PayPal and Stripe payments for Java and Php systems . Need to see through Link1 and Link2 which you are referring to in the proposal. I am also a Sun Certified Java developer. Thanks
